Time: 3:45-4:30    Sunday    Begins November 7^th

12 weeks

Nov 7, 14, 21, 28, Dec 5, 12(testing)

Dec 19, Jan 2, 9, 16, 23, Mar 6, Mar 13(testing only – no classes))

 

 

Focus:  Proper Skates, Comfort on Ice, Gross Motor Skills, Coordination & Strength, FUN

 

Snowplow Sam 1 Skills

Sit and stand up with skates on – off Ice

Sit and stand up – on Ice

March in place – on and off ice

March forward – 8–10 steps – on and off ice

March, then glide on two feet

Dip in place – on and off ice

 

Sunday Afternoon Schedule

3:45-3:55  - 10 minutes off-ice stretching, movement, games, crafts, etc

3:55-4:00 -   5 minutes of transition time to get skates on

                                 and tied correctly – with parent.

4:00-4:10 - 10 minutes off-ice instruction w/skates

4:10-4:30 - 20 minute on ice instruction
